Hi everyone
any advise on an assessment task, and interview questions for school finance administrator job?

Our school is advertising a school administrator vacancy and this is what is on job description:
▪ to support the Head of School and the office team in a range of administrative and clerical duties ▪deal with incoming and outgoing communications
▪ handle queries
▪compile data
▪manage health and safety concerns
▪creating and maintaining databases and other computerised systems
▪must be able to make solid relationships.
▪should possess excellent communication and customer service skills
▪be able to demonstrate your ability to work effectively within a team and on your own initiative
▪should have a proven track record in the proficient use of Microsoft Office
▪have the ability to effectively organise, prioritise and remain calm under pressure
▪experience and knowledge of working within a school environment and with SIMS would be advantageous.
