Thinking of retraining and would love some advise and guidence please

My brother did this. He says you should get training through one of the major national companies, e.g. BSM, then as soon as possible leave them and join a local company that will pay better rates. Do not expect too much business at first, as you need to build a reputation.

The working hours are antisocial - mainly in other people's leisure time - evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Thanks very much sounds like great advice. Hopefully i'll start whilst i'm still doing my part time job. I need to work when my dh at home so anti social hours will suit. If you have any more help that would be great. Thanks again.
