I have been working at my current job for over 3 months. I have not received any employment contract or terms regarding commission, quitting and notice or anything apart from an initial offer letter.
I’m quitting tomorrow. Today I received an e-mail detailing the commission I should be paid in my next wage. I will obviously get time worked plus holidays. Will I also get the commission? Usually my contracts state that if you leave they don’t pay but as I don’t have anything I was wondering legally where do I stand?
