Arrghhh can anyone help me? Pleeease?
Been locked out my account as I put my password too many times incorrectly apparently (don't know how - had copied and pasted).
Wouldn't let me use a reset. Tried emailing only to be told I have to use address from FAQs. Follow their link - page does not exist.
Is it a case of speaking to my employer tomorrow and showing up my complete lack of tech knowledge? One of you lot knowing the support email address? Or accept my pay is a secret that I don't need to know.
