Create logo, what software?

I have a rough idea for a business logo and need to get it drawn up. Anyone have any ideas how I can do on pc? What type of software I can use. The cheaper the better!

Depending on what sort of business you have you can buy logos on Etsy. They are usually not exclusive, unless you pay a bit more, but in general they are very affordable. You usually get a logo and social media banners etc to add to your Facebook etc.
