I've been working in my current job for 16 years and for the pass 4 2 years, have been applying to several jobs and had interviews, but have been unsuccessful.
I have an interview for an examination and data assistant position in a secondary school on Monday.
I have been told I will be having a formal interview with a panel and as well as a student panel, thereafter, a written test. I have no idea what a written test would acquire for this particular position. If anyone can advice would really help. Thank you
