We own and run a daycare nursery business. These women are fantastic with our children and will make wonderful mothers....

But four. Can I have a quick quake here?

Oh blimey! How many do you employee altogether?

Across the two nurseries we employ 17 staff.

A slight phew then. I had visions of you only having about 6 to start with! Although I appreciate that it doesn't change the fact that you still need to find cover for all 4 of them. Good luck with that!

Goes to show - you shouldn't employ women of childbearing age!
