When does your (or your partners) holiday year start /finish?

Mine is June 30/July 1st

And it sucks - used to be Dec 31st which worked great.

That is odd!
Both mine and my DH's run from Jan - Dec.
My mum's runs Apr - Mar.
I think pretty much everyone I know falls into either one of the two!

I'm April to March. Dh has his own business he can take as much or as little as he likes.

We;re both April/March, which this year is a pita because two Easters fall into one holiday year.

Everyone in my organisation is now April/March, previously some staff's leave (depending on jobrole) went from the month they started, and that worked better, because there weren't loads of people all clamouring to take their last few days during March.

Indeed it is a pain. I try and reserve some for ill children - reserve too much then have to take it in June - when I don't really want to because I have a proper 1-2 weeks booked in Aug to go away.

Mine is April/March, my dh's is Jan-Dec. I always end up saving it frantically and then using it up in March. Silly really.

we have a bizarre system where i am where everyones holiday year starts the month of their birthday (Feb for me).I suppose its to spread out averyones holiday so you dont get everyone frantically booking at the end of the year. DH is Jan to Dec.
