I HAVE BEEN ON MATERNITY LEAVE FOR 9 MONTHS, CHOOSING TO RETURN BACK JANUARY, MY LEAVE ACCRUED FOR 2018 WOULD HAVE BEEN 14 DAYS THIS INCLUDED A SHARE OF THE BANK HOLIDAYS, I TOOK 10 DAYS HOLIDAY PRE MAT LEAVE AND HAVE 4 DAYS TO CARRY OVER TO 2019, AS MY LEAVE INCLUDES BANK HOLIDAYS, ALTHOUGH I COULD NOT TAKE THEM DURING MY MAT LEAVE, AM I ENTITLED TO EXTRA BANK HOLIDAYS??

THANK YOU

ASK YOUR HR.

If you normally have bank holidays off you should be accruing them as well as annual leave.

That is what is happening with me. But i was explicitly told this by HR

Yep I got days added to my leave for any bank holidays I had missed during my mat leave
