So I work for a small business.
They know I have made their clients numbers rise by a considerable amount.
However, because they are a small business with a small influence in a number of fields (mine being the smallest) I feel like they are trying to push me to leave
My new manager has been a huge b**ch trying to get me in trouble with my direct line manager (saying ive done things i shouldnt or not done what is asked when I have) and then giving a pay rise and promotion to the executive that used to work under me. What is worse, shes also given the credit foe my hard work to the executive in an email to my boss.
Then when ive question it and highlighted in an email back that I finalised the specific piece of work, her response was "well its still not complete" no sorry or nothing
The thing is im only 10 weeks pregnant and I cant tell my boss for another two weeks once I have had the scan. Im hoping this will make her ease off.
But im not sure what to do.
I used to love the job but now shes replaced my old manager (and the executive isnt a ray of sunshine either) I really want to leave.... but I will need my maternity money....
How can I cope for the next two weeks?
I just feel like im being attacked constantly at work. Im coming back and crying to my OH most nights now....
