Help with Wordpress

I am starting a cafe and need a responsive website - trying to create one myself with Wordpress. Any ideas on a good theme I can use with a blog feature? Also where to look on youtube etc for help with doing it?! Not the most IT literate person and I don't have any budget left to pay someone to do it for me

I use responsive 2.8 from cyber chimps - the free version. Very easy to use and very good results.
