Last time I met our customer they told us the we’re moving their biz elsewhere! We have a meeting to start the discussion but am not looking forward to it. Always thought we did a good job for them and seemed to get on well. They’ve had a complete change in management and don’t feel they’ve engaged with us since they started. Think it’s mainlu due to cost. How do I act with the folk I thought supported us? Really wish I wasn’t going!
