Last year I was transferred by TUPE regulations from one company to another. I have two separate jobs with the same employer and therefore two pension funds.
I have just found out I have been paying into one fund only and have made no contributions to the other. I was unaware of this until now.
New employers are saying their is nothing they can do and pension provider has said it's not their problem either.
What can I do? I certainly can't afford to make the unpaid contributions now
