I'm starting a new job tomorrow as an Executive Assistant in an industry new to me. I'm really looking forward to it but a bit nervous. I've had a couple of bad experiences recently with my immediate Manager (as have others) so my confidence isn't at its best. I really want to make this work and wondered if you could offer me your top tips on starting a new role and your first day...
