I’ve recently started in this role with no experience.
Can anyone recommend some reading a good practice primer?
I will be taking ‘motivational interviewing’ training at some point.

I would advise just reading government guidelines working together to safeguard children

Multi agency working

And the local authority guidelines to what they follow in terms of early help depending if you are local authority or charity sector.

This is a role I would be interested in doing. What is your background if you don’t mind me asking?
