Working for Aldi

My first post - so firstly Hello!!

I've been offered a part time (20hrs) role at our local Aldi store. Does anyone here work for Aldi? They haven't explained the shifts very well and I'm worried the job won't fit around my children and my home life. I'm ready to return to work but I'm finding it difficult to find something that works! Any help here would be much appreciated. TIA x

Aldi are generally considered as good employers around here, but you are also expected to 'earn the money' as they say.
I do believe the rotas / shift patterns would be down to the individual store managers - did you not ask the question at interview?
(Presumably not)
You need to ask them specifically how the days / times of those hours work out in reality, and if there is any flexibility to swap shifts with others - a lot of employers are quite happy for staff to swap around, as long as the shift is covered.
