2 job choices. Wwd?

I am in the running of 2 roles and all looking v positive for offers. 1st interim at a well known brand, managing a team of 7, it would be good on the CV and a good stepping stone to more senior role after the 12 months.... 2nd permanent role at a less known brand, more junior in job title, but room to grow in title and team size, I could make more impact. Salaries about the same. Flexible working the same
Locations and benefits are similar too. Wwd?!

Can you ascertain if there are differences in the stability of either company?

Why is the first role interim? Is it for a reason which could mean it goes perm for you?

Stability - maybe the interim role has t he edge. It is a senior mat cover interim role - the person may or may not come back...

I would go with the security of the permanent post I think. Provided the salaries are the same. Mat leave cover is a drag and would would be looking for a job again in 9 months.

I would go for the second, if the brand seems like it will last.

I would go permanent. Mat cover is a funny one, unless you can see sharing the just b of increasing the role in the next 9 months x
