Any tips?! I have an interview on Tuesday which comprises of a few things, most of which I'm comfortable with, but the team assessment I'm not. Apparently we'll be put into groups and given some tasks to assess how well we work in a team. I've only ever had this once before and it was an absolute nightmare - the team I was with completely misunderstood the brief and would not listen to me when I tried to put them straight. I'm not a natural leader and struggle to make my voice heard in a group - although I am definitely personable and pull my weight so I'm a team player in that sense.
So, yeah, any tips for how to be heard without being too pushy?! Thanks!
