What skills does working in a lettings agency give you

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place! I’ve worked in a lettings agency (holiday and long term lets) as an office assistant for the last few years since having my children (had been out ignoring work for quite some time) and I’m currently applying for receptionist jobs and i’m struggling to think of what transferable skills I would have (apart from answering the phone). If anyone could think of any I would be really thankful!

Whoops a typo, should be out of work not out ignoring work!

Depending on what you were doing you could claim crisis management and customer resolution skills.

A few suggestions off the top of my head:

Working as part of a team
Remaining calm under pressure
Able to prioritise and organise your own workload
Good communication skills
Record keeping
IT skills

Did you book appointments? Diary management? Chase up any payments? Filing, building client relationships?
