Civil Service Application Help Please!

Hello,

Just wondered if anyone would be willing to give me some feedback please on an answer to a competency question for a job application, deadline tomorrow?

Hi LadyLapsang, I submitted on the Tuesday in the end, but thank you for replying.

It is grade AO and there was only one question where the answer had to demonstrate the 'managing a quality service' competency.
