Power dressing advice

I am starting a new job in September in a really senior role. I want to power dress but need advice on where to shop for suits. I am a curvy size 10 (body con dresses are not my thing - prefer a-line). Looked at Debenhams online (this is within my price range) but nothing piquing my interest. Anyone have any advice?

L k Bennett is good for workwear.

Nothing floral. Try M&S.

Next are good, try Hobbs and LK Bennett, especially if you have a discount place like Boundary Mill like you, which will have offers on too.

Hobbs or jigsaw or phase 8 for me, as a fairly curvy size 12.

I think some florals with an appropriate jacket and shoes can still be extremely smart? (And the most senior women in my entire professional services firm would regularly wear something like a dress which might or might not be floral with a smart jacket).
