Finally received the link for my CTC questionnaire. Most details straightforward, however, I’m struggling as how to answer the financial difficulties question. I haven’t had ‘serious’ financial difficulties (I don’t think- no bankruptcies/CCJ’s etc) as the question asked, but have taken out various loans in the past 13 years for debt consolidation. No more than a few thousand pounds. I currently have 2 loans = 4.5k and an overdraft facility, plus a repayment plan for a factoring fee. Also have a mortgage which is paid on time every month. Does this constitute as serious financial difficulties? I really want this job so I’m in a panic.

I also have to give details of all my supervisors at work. I have about 7 (retail environment) varying in seniority. How many do I name? I can’t imagine any of them would be that happy about being named, plus I wasn’t planning on telling work until a formal offer was offered. Would I better phoning HR.

If anyone could answer these questions I would be really grateful, thanks

Financial difficulties would be ccj, bankruptcy, iva, dmp, etc.

For supervisors I'd choose the one who will give you the best reference and then the next best one as "assistant"

Just give your 1-2 main supervisors, take your pick. They won't contact anyone without your express permission.
