Sick pay

I have two jobs, one desk job and one physical job.
I'm due to have an operation which requires 2 weeks off work (desk job) but 6 weeks off physical job which requires heavy lifting.
Is it possible to return to desk job after 2 weeks and claim ssp from physical job for 6 weeks?

The rules do permit this, you might find it hard to convince the employer though. So here's the link just in case!
