pwc - Should I expect to hear back?

Hello - I applied for a fairly senior role at pwc about 3.5 months ago. Didn't hear anything for 6 weeks and then got a flurry of emails/calls to organise primary interview and assessment tests. I was selected for final interview which I had on 9 July and I haven't heard anything since Sad. I emailed the HR person a week after the interview asking when I might expect to hear, received nothing back, and then emailed her again this week to say that I knew I had probably not been successful but wanted confirmation - again nothing back.
Does anyone have experience with pwc? Do they let you know if you have not been successful? Thanks in advance!

Don’t know, but if it’s. Fairly senior role, posting on a public forum about it will probably be identifiable. Why not just ring the HR person you emailed?

Don't forget to factor in delays due to annual leave, plus the fact there may have been other interviews after you.

Nearly a month with no communication is really poor. Do you even want to work somewhere like that?! Yes processes take longer at a senior level but decent communications costs nothing. Can you drop a note to the person you interviewed with?

Thanks all. I'm hoping it might be due to AL but it's stretching it a bit now! The guy who interviewed me said to communicate via HR and don't have his direct email address.
Time to start applying elsewhere I think!

I did know people who applied for roles at others of the big 4 and the whole process took ages and was marred by total lack of communication - one reason was a desire to move the recruitment into another budget year. It may be nothing sinister just general process plus summer holidays or it may be that they have an offer out to their first choice and are waiting for their response...
