mat leave - where would this stand?

Inspired by a different thread, but an important question:
if you had a baby as a surrogate mother, would you legally still qualify for maternity leave? If you're in a professional job that offers enhanced maternity, would you get it?
Taking that forward, if you did it multiple times, would you be entitled to maternity leave of some sort each time?
Just wondering! (Not thinking of doing it)

I know in my job then yes you would and the parents who receive the child would as well. Sorry I know I haven't termed that well.

Surrogate mother would get maternity leave. It’s being pregnant and giving birth which are relevant, not what happens with the baby afterwards.

Parents ‘receiving’ the baby would usually qualify for adoption leave.
