I am asking for term time via a flexible working request at the end of my maternity leave.
I work 3 days currently and would like term time but if not to drop 2 days.If I give the option I think the employer would choose 2 days as it is less hassle so should I not include this in the request?
Can I bring it up if the application for term time is refused(which I suspect may happen although these are offered by my company).
Or does it count as a separate flexible working request as I know you are only allowed one a year?
