It's driving me a bit crazy and every hour that goes by without a response I feel less and less positive!
To be honest I thought I had smashed it when I walked out - I had great rapport with the panel (of 4!) and had good prepared answers to the questions. But now there is radio silence despite me following up with their HR co-ordinator twice I've not heard a peep.
The interview was on Monday morning FYI.
Please reassure me, stroke my head, say soothing things...
