I work 2 days in a little shop. I might need to leave in the future without giving notice . I have worked there for 18 months . I do not have a contract , do I need to give notice?

You need to give a week’s notice if you have no contract.

That’s up to your employer. If you have accrued holiday you haven’t yet taken, your employer could either let you take it during your notice period or could opt to just pay it to you on top, with your final salary payment.

Be a bit careful you may need a reference!
