Ok to cut a long story short my boss didn't pay me my maternity pay for DS. I went threw Acas early reconciliation process but he closed the case early saying I want entitled.
After back and forth emails and having to get the HMRC involved he eventually paid me.
I have triggered tribunal but now his solicitor has asked if I will settle out of court (yes please)
Does anyone have any idea what I should ask for? I have suffered with mental health/ debt due to me not being paid for about 3 months.
