Leaving my job

For personal reasons, I need to leave my job. I will be handing my notice in when I am back in.

I am applying for another job and the application form asks me to state the reasons for leaving. I couldn't possibly go into the genuine reasons for leaving as they are too personal.

What can I say that doesn't make me look unprofessional?

I can't say it is for the pay/challenge because it lower pay and less challenging :/

If you plan to take a break in between these two, roles, just keep it very bland, you had to take some time off for family reasons.m if it's only a matter of a few weeks I wouldn't even mention it unless they specifically ask for the reason. If they need your skills and contribution I doubt they will care, provided your reason for leaving wasn't due to a Disciplinary.

Okay. I'll go with that.

Thank you Daisy
