I am around 8 weeks pregnant and have a applied to become I junior sister on the ward I work there is a permanent and secondment post. I haven't told work yet about my pregnancy. The interview will be in the next week. If I got the secondment it what would happen when I tell them I am pregnant? As obviously if it is a year I would be going on maternity leave so wouldn't be able to see the whole secondment out what would they do?
