Which laws would you pass to help entrepreneurs, and in particular, female entrepreneurs?

I've asked my local council and chamber of commerce to give me support. As a women with a disability, I need support to succeed. There are a few courses and a European funded business hub. I was given access to the local library network to book rooms without paying the commercial rental rate for the first 2 months.

I would formalise support packages for women in business in their first 12 months. Where there is low cost or no cost to the council, it's in their interest to support us.

Why should woman attract special support?
Disabled possibly, but I fail to see why women should be helped if men are not.

What do you mean......with all the inequality with pay. With men been able to renege on their responsibilities with their children. Ofcourse woman need a platform.
Come on, do you live under a rock?

Nope, I am a female entrepreneur. And I would not want any help aimed at just women, thanks very much.
How can we demand equality then ask for special treatment?
It's deeply patronising.
