Hi there ! I potentially have a new job and the company I currently work for are closing down within the next six months. The issue I’m having is that my manager is saying I have to give a months notice however my contract states that if you’ve only been with them for between 4 weeks to a year it’s a one week notice period .... I’m very annoyed and confused because surely it’s what I’ve signed in my contract and if it is one months notice than I haven’t signed anything which says that..
