I'm going for an internal promotion at the moment.
I've made it through the sift and the next part is a role play with an actor. All I know is it's a meeting with a "senior colleague" to discuss an issue (which I will be given in advance). I've heard that they will deliberately make the conversation difficult in some way.
I've never done this before. Does anyone have experience of these or have any tips?
