I'm really unhappy at work. Feeling undervalued, underpaid and overworked. Fantastic secondment opportunity has come up - just right for my skills, more £, but would mean extra 30 mins commute at least and going back to full time. Need my manager to approve. Emailed her on Friday, she still hasn't gotten back to me. I've got a horrible feeling she won't approve it - another team member will be going on ml soon. I could take it as a fixed term, but with over 20 years service I'd be mad to risk it. Grrrrrrr
