Phased Return To Work/Sick Pay?

Previously posted and long-story, basically off for 7 weeks earlier this year with stress, depression (I have two pain/fatigue related conditions) due to borderline bullying by LM. Been on reduced hours since March on full-pay. Employer not particularly supportive in checking-in with me etc as located elsewhere.
Employer has now informed me that I will hit 6 month trigger point (since first day of sickness) later this month, so I will only be paid hours worked from then on, unless I return full-time? I'm a little uncertain about the six months as I have not been sick since my return? Does anyone have any advice please, I am a Union member and haven't had chance to contact yet? Thank you

Do they mean 6 months since your originally sickness date - during this period you've been getting full pay.

After the 6 months you will then reduce to only getting paid from the hours you work (e.g. phased return ends).

I can understand that - it's been good of them to give you full pay for 6 months if you're actually doing reduced hours?

3 months is a long “phased return”- when are you due to be back to full hours? Seems reasonable of them to say that they won’t supplement reduced hours longer than that tbh

Thanks for the replies, I do think they have been reasonable over phased return. Just didn't have anyone to compare notes with.
