Ladies & Gents,

I could really use some help, I have advertised on Upwork and places like that, but I find it very difficult to compete with other people online at the moment I am working full-time.

I want to be able to WFH and go back to university (it'll only be 8 hours a week), but I am on a DMP so need to try and earn the same as I do, now, which isn't a lot, to be honest. I want to still be able to work, just from home. I suffer from PTSD and what I would consider being the stupidest things can set me off, so I am best off at home where I can take 20 minutes away from my desk without someone thinking I'm skiving.

I am (all of the things I said in the subject title) and have 10+ years experience in HR, administration and audio transcription. I've around 4-5 as a counsellor (but haven't completed my qualification yet, that's what I am wanting to go back to uni to do) as I volunteer with the NSPCC.

I also have my own blogging site which I'm fighting hard to get out there but feel so disheartened by the blogging community and how harsh it is that I really struggle to advertise myself to the best of my ability, yet anyone who reads my blogs loves them (their words, not mine).

Does anyone know of any agencies that I should look at for WFH or websites that don't include having to fight like crazy for a position?

Any advice you can give would be so helpful to me.

Hey, there!

Every beginning is hard, and in freelance world is even harder. Trust me on that.

However, I am not a fan of upwork either. Too much work for not so much money.

Try with this ones:
remote.co/
weworkremotely.com/
remoteok.io/

You can find real jobs 100% or half remote. :)

Hey IsabelFW,

Thank you so much, I'll have a look at them.
