Tribunal / Reserved Judgement

Can anyone help me please?

In a nutshell I left my employment in July 2016. I perused a case for sexual discrimination, constructive and unfair dismissal.

A week long tribunal was help in January 2018 and judgement was reserved until March. I found out in May that the Judge and members unanimously decided that I was unfairly and constructively dismissed and they also upheld 2 complaints of direct sexual harassment & discrimination. Financial remedy to be agreed at a later date.

A preliminary hearing is being on Friday and I'm guessing the actual hearing for remedy will be held later this year.

Can anyone please help me with how long I will be compensated for? Date of dismissal to tribunal? Remedy hearing etc?

Thank you in advance.

I think it depends on whether you found a new job and how soon etc this was found so how much money you actually lost as a result of it

Thank you for your reply OurMiracle.

I am now self employed. I did look for roles in line with my old job but couldn't face interviews and having to prove myself again. I was also terrified of the same thing happening at a different company.

I had taken up a hobby 2 years before I left my employment and have grown this and now receive a small income from it.

I know I have to mitigate my losses and my ex employers legal people have copies of my tax returns.

I am just wondering if the settlement is based on 1 year or from date of dismissal to tribunal or date of dismissal to date of settlement being agreed, if you what I mean.
