Is this a retrograde step?

Considering applying for job which will be £2k pa more than I currently earn but will be 5 days instead of 4.

Whilst I don't 'need' to work, I enjoy earning my own money.
I'm being bullied in my current job, so I am hoping a move will restore my sanity.

complain nobody should be bullied at work, what if you don't get the job?
If you like your current job put in a official complaint and if you really don't like your job apply for the new job whether you need the money or not is it worth being upset or stressed at work?
