Facebook for business advice please

I don't really use Facebook anyway, so that's probably why I don't really know what to do! How do I get people to join ?? my page or friend me or do I try and friend them? I don't even know the correct terminology? Please help a total novice. I'm only 40 I just never got into Facebook.

I invited all my friends, agree with be shameless, use hashtags as they work now on FB.

If doing a post on FB business, share to personal page, do you do instagram?

I've started inviting friends now, but do t use it personally either, so it's a bit hit and miss . If I post something does it show up on all of my friends news feeds?

Can I post on businesses that I follow? Or do I re-share something and then write something on there?

Hello Five .......hashtags? How do they work? And no I don't use instagram, I didn't think the business is fast enough for it, as well as knowing nothing about it!
