I’ve been in my job a few years now and was recently asked to undertake 2 degree modules. Management drafted up a contract and got me to sign it which said if I leave during or within a year of the courses, I pay back 100%. In 2nd year 50%.
Over the last few months I’m becoming increasingly unhappy and am looking at new jobs. I cannot afford to pay back the few thousand in course fees.
I’m stuck aren’t I? There’s no way they would budge on it if I wanted to leave
