Is there a way to work out how many hours holiday you're entitled to?

I was working 37 hrs but have cut them to 33 hrs .

Thanks

The minimum is the equivalent of 5.6 weeks so 33x5.6 = 184.8 hrs

If you get more than the statutory minimum then you can calculate it as

Hours in a normal working day x the number of annual leave days
Then divide by the total working hours in a week
And then finally x by the amount of hours you will actually be working

Using statutory amounts
7.5 x 28 /37.5 x 33 = 184.8
Which is same as previous poster but if you get eg 30 days a year holiday the equation will help you work it out.
