Hello, a bit of advice, please, not sure what to do.
I recently resigned from my part time receptionist job in a GP surgery. I received my P45 but all the forms are not mine, some of the forms belong to someone else, what do you think I should do, contact the person who they belong to, to see if she has mine or should I just inform the surgery?

They made a mistake.

It happens.

Give them a call, tell them they sent the wrong thing, they will send you the right thing.

It’s not a big deal.

It’s not a big deal.

It is, if it contains personal information like address line, or financial information.

However, you should still point it out to the surgery, and let them rectify it.

Point it out to the surgery. They need to know so they can make sure it doesn't happen again
