Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can help me, I've spoken to CAB and have carried out some research but is it worth paying £70 via small claims to chase a "dormant" company? I'm owed £1,180 for work carried out. I'm a VA and they used to pay on time and then ran into trouble and didn't pay me for 3 weeks. This has turned into 4 months now with no contact from either party.
Can anyone advise on what would be best to do? I can pay £70 to start small claims but is it going to get me anywhere?
