After almost a decade I'm returning to work. I will finish early at 3pm as got part time hours. Thing is I've never had a job where I left earlier than everyone else and was never limited by how late I could stay. I'm sure it's all in my head but I do worry about packing up and leaving and everyone staying at work still.
