I am thinking about applying for a sales assistant job in out local store for over the summer until my course starts back in september. Anyone know what they are like to work for/rates of pay etc?

had a christmas job with them, can't remember the rate of pay - only left 18 months ago! Think actual working conditions as such down to the store manager, think jobs are on a 4 week trial either way so you can always leave quickly if you hate it!

oh thanks! I think the manager is ok in our local store - seems to be anyway! Might apply anyway and see how it goes!
