I am a mum off a 2 and 7 year old. My manager has advised me that i will be being called into a meeting to get rid off me as they need to reduce headcount in our department i will get a pay out but i was wondering will i be entitled to benefits while i try and find another part time job. My boss said they want me out asap i dont want to sign anything or leave with knowing the next step my partner works full time but its not enough to support us all. Any advice will be greatly received. Thanks
