I was made redundant before going on maternity leave. (business closure) I received SMP but paid in a lump sum due to this. The 9 months 'leave' will be up at the end of July. am I right in thinking I can't apply for jobs and get back to work part time until then?
Sorry if it really is stupid. Googling was just baffling me though. As I couldn't find any stories the same as mine!
