Looking for some advice/knowledge. I applied for reduced hours last July to start after I returned from mat leave in August this year. It was rejected and due to numerous reasons I didn’t appeal. I have since applied for job share and been rejected on the grounds I have already requested flexible working within the last 12 months. Can I apply again this July when the 12 months is up from my initial request? Technically my 2nd request would never have been considered since I’d applied within the 12 months. Blame pregnancy/baby brain on reapplying but I thought as reduced hours and job share were two different things if wouldn’t affect it!! Any help would be great before I go back to my employer with a third request 🙈 oh I also know there is at least one person interested in job sharing with me so should hopefully help!
