Part successful claim at Tribunal.

I found out last week that my claim for unfair & constructive dismissal has been successful. It's been a long, hard and very expensive 3years.
My claim also included sexual harassment and sex discrimination and while this part was dismissed by the judge he upheld 2 counts of this part of my claim.
The Judge adjoined for a remedy hearing to take place at a later late.
My schedule of loss only covers unfair & constructive dismissal and an element for injury to feelings.
Am I also entitled to an amount for these two counts of direct sexual harassment & discrimination?
Thank you in advance for any info.

Thanks for replying.
I'm very relieved. I always knew what was right and I'm so glad the judge and members believed me.
It's taken me over two years to get to this point ( a few tens of thousands of pounds..)

I know it's just crazy that normal people have to spend £000's to prevent themselves being exploited by going to tribunal. There must be a cheaper way/better system, surely?!

The annoying thing is not being able to claim the legal fees I've incurred although my settlement should cover it. I'm hoping the judge might award some of these costs to my ex employer during the financial remedy hearing.
